As instructed I didn't include the whole database, just screen shots of the required parts. The database was difficult to design originally but combining the different tables to work together was not a difficult part of the task. The data given to me was imported using that particular feature of the chosen software. There were some errors in the data that conflicted with the validation and on several occasions it could not import one or more of the data pieces. This was highlighted and rectified by changing the validation rules to be more accepting of the data.
